Returns & Refunds

Let’s talk returns.

Since every single item we ship is custom-made just for you (not sitting in a warehouse) and is handcrafted outside the U.S. to keep your cost low, we don’t accept returns, and we do not provide refunds. Shipping returns back overseas would be way too pricey for both of us, and honestly, wasteful too.

So here’s the deal:

  • If after ordering, you decide that the item is “just not your thing” or you ordered the wrong size, we unfortunately can’t process a return or refund, so please double-check that size chart before clicking “buy.”
  • If your item arrives misprinted, or you somehow got a different design than what you ordered from us (which has never happened as of yet), reach out to us, ship the wrong one back to us, and we’ll make it right with a replacement.

Our first goal is to keep things affordable for our customers without cutting corners. Sourcing locally would likely triple YOUR purchase price. That said, if enough folks ask for a (way more expensive) U.S.-based option, we’re open to considering it down the line.

If this policy of no returns/no refunds freaks you out and causes you to not buy from us online… we totally get it. We can still be friends, and we hope to meet you in person instead someday!

TL;DR: We’re a tiny team making custom weirdness one shirt at a time (we are not Amazon Prime) and we therefore offer no returns/refunds. We hope you’ll give us a chance anyway!
